Following the introduction of the Nursing Associate role, Health Education England have created a toolkit for employers providing access to a variety of tools for assessment and diagnostics, to assess current learning levels of aspiring trainee Nursing Associates.
Once the assessment has been taken, employers will be able to signpost staff to the most appropriate provision and resources to meet their individual learning needs and timescales for progression.
