A T Level industry placements webinar will be delivered by the Department for Education (DfE) and Strategic Development Network (SDN). In this webinar, you’ll discover how industry placements can improve your recruitment pipeline, as well as bring many other benefits to your organisation, and participating students.
An industry placement is an extended period of structured time that a student spends in the workplace, developing technical and soft skills relevant to the sector. They can vary in length but must last for a minimum of 45 days, allowing students to make a meaningful contribution to your organisation.
T levels are a level three technical education route that provide an alternative to A-levels for 16-19-year-olds. One T Level is equivalent to three A levels. These 2-year courses have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for work, further training or study.
The webinar is designed for HR Managers, Learning and Development Managers, and others interested in hosting placements.
The webinar will take place on Thursday 6th February 2025.
