The Midwife Trailblazer is delighted to announce that the standard for Midwife (NMC 2019) has been approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education.
The new standard has been developed by the trailblazer group to reflect the recently published Nursing and Midwifery Council 2019 Future Midwife Standards.

The Trailblazer group is waiting to hear back about the apprenticeship end point assessment plan which has already been submitted to the Institute.
Once the assessment plan has been approved the apprenticeship will be ‘approved for delivery’.
