Welcome to the first guidance created specifically with partnership working with colleges in mind. This resource is both in recognition of the many instances of successful partnerships between colleges, and their local health & care employers – and we want to share successes and develop the models to best support the opportunity of recruiting students more seamlessly from college programmes.
This guidance is an invitation to contribute and take part in developing these strategic partnerships with colleges, enable the spread of innovative partnerships, to celebrate, recognise and share best practice, and maximise the opportunities of supporting college students into health & care careers.
