The standard for Customer Service Practitioner has been approved for delivery for just over 5 ½ years and as part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 22 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) registered to assess Customer Service Practitioner apprentices.
