Stacey Robinson joined Health Education England in September 2022 as the new Apprenticeship Relationship Manager for the South West.
Stacey has experience of working in FE (Further Education) colleges and the NHS. After 3 years of working within an FE college and falling in love with apprenticeships, Stacey joined the NHS in December 2018 as an Apprenticeship Facilitator for Gloucestershire Care Services. A trust merger saw the creation of Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust with Stacey leading on and managing the Apprenticeship and Widening Access Team. In April 2020 Stacey was also appointed as the One Gloucestershire ICS Apprenticeship Manager and worked collaboratively with all health and social care employers to increase and develop apprenticeship provision within the county.
Stacey’s goal is to work alongside her health and social care colleagues in the South West to advance and facilitate the growth and sustainability of apprenticeships programmes across the region.
Outside of work, Stacey is a volunteer Enterprise Advisor for the local Careers Hub and a member of the Governing Board for a secondary school in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Stacey also has two daughters and too many pets that keep her very busy.
