This government campaign urging employers to ‘’join the skills revolution’ aims to help businesses gear up for economic recovery by upskilling their workforce.
The campaign highlights the range of support and funding available for businesses wanting to boost their workforce capabilities, including apprenticeships, traineeships and T Levels.
New research shows a huge appetite for developing new work skills amongst the working public with 81% of employees in healthcare stating they want to upskill this year.
The campaign will help employers take advantage of the desire in the working public to upskill by highlighting the range of training and employment schemes available for businesses wanting to boost their workforce capabilities, including apprenticeships, traineeships and T Levels to help them up skill their workforce and drive better results.
