To address the critical skills needed in NHS senior leader positions, Corndel and Imperial College have developed a 12-month Healthcare Leadership Development Programme.
This programme is a Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship. It is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and upon completion, all learners are awarded a CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Learners will also graduate with CMI Chartered Fellow Status (CMgr FCMI).
The programme is designed for current and aspiring clinical and non-clinical leaders, looking to build the strategic skills and systems thinking needed to drive organisational change, improve the patient experience, and have a wider impact on healthcare delivery.
On the 1st March, Corndel will be presenting a webinar with special guests from Imperial College Healthcare Trust and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust to talk about their approach to leadership skills development.
