We spoke to North Bristol NHS Trust recently, who offer the Level 5 Nursing Associate (NMC 2018) apprenticeship standard at the trust. They have recently introduced a TNA (Trainee Nursing Associate) Ambassador programme and they spoke to us about this fantastic ambassador programme.
Naomi Skinner is a Trainee Nursing Associate at North Bristol NHS Trust and has decided to become a TNA ambassador. We asked Naomi why she decided to become a TNA Ambassador:
“By becoming an ambassador, I can boost awareness of the programme, along with the benefits and limitations, to those who are interested in undertaking it.
I enjoy advocating for the programme as it is a wonderful route to take for those who are committed to progressing in healthcare.”
