During National Apprenticeship Week, Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHR) apprenticeship graduates celebrated with a special event held in the House of Commons.
The event took place on Wednesday 7th February with 30 of the 2023 graduates, where they were treated to a breakfast reception and an awards ceremony. The whole event was sponsored by their local MP Margaret Hodge.
Lesley Roberts, Head of the Apprenticeship and Career Hub at BHR University Hospitals NHS Trust said:
“It was a brilliant day which was enjoyed by all. It was great giving our apprentices, who have worked so hard to complete their apprenticeship programme whilst working and dealing with whatever life throws at them along the way, get the recognition they deserve.”
