With the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy in May 2017, employers were advised to use a formal procurement process to ensure compliance with NHS Procurement Rules. With that in mind, Health Education England have designed a toolkit to provide guidance for employers, with support to navigate the procurement process and an overview of the various options available nationally.
This toolkit is now currently being revised.
