Are you, or have you previously been a healthcare apprentice mentor? Or do you know someone who is?
A mentor plays a unique role in an apprentice’s journey and we want to meet these important role models, leaders and teachers helping our learners reach their full potential.
Together with the Skills for Health team, we’re looking for insights into what it means to fill the big shoes of an apprentice mentor, supervisor or manager, to help us champion all those guiding our rising stars of the NHS.
All we need are a few short questions answered, so we can feature you in our new online series ‘Meet the Mentor‘, which will be shared across our websites and Twitter @HASOEngland and @SkillsforHealth.
Please read more here about what is means to be a mentor, or follow the link below to fill out our simple 10 minute questionnaire by May 31, and please forward this onto any mentors you know who might like to tell their story.
