The consultation on the new apprenticeship standard for Registered Nurse is now open.
In May 2018 the NMC published new Standards of proficiency for registered nurses and a new apprenticeship standard is being developed to ensure that going forward the apprenticeship continues to be aligned with the NMC standards. The consultation is open until 22nd August, click here to take part.
Your feedback will be reviewed following the closing date and the Trailblazer will consider where amendments should be made to the draft Standard. The Standard will then be submitted to the Institute for Apprenticeships to seek approval prior to drafting the apprenticeship end point assessment plan.
