The revised Level 5 Assistant Practitioner (Health) apprenticeship standard was recently published. It is available for information only at present. It will replace the old version for new starts from 1st February 2023. The funding band of £14,000 has been confirmed.

To support the transition of delivery of the apprenticeship and EPA (End Point Assessment), Health Education England will be holding a webinar with Vicky Yearsley from Skills for Health. This webinar will give HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) delivering this programme an overview of the key changes and the opportunity for a Q & A.
