This week’s Featured Apprentice is Maddison White who was part of the first cohort of Level 7 Clinical Associate in Psychology (CAP) apprentices at the Kent and Medway NHS Partnership Trust.
Here is a little of what Maddison has said about her apprentice:
“For me, an apprenticeship fit well with my work-life balance. I am always seeking to learn new things especially in regards to mental health and wellbeing. By being able to learn at university for one day a week and then being able to apply the skills/theory I have learnt at university to my job really helps consolidate the learning process – I am much more of a visual/practical learner so it suits me perfectly!”

You can access the Level 7 Clinical Associate in Psychology (CAP) apprenticeship standard here.
Please note that the Level 7 Clinical Associate in Psychology (CAP) apprenticeship standard includes a mandatory qualification, a Masters Clinical Associate in Psychology. This means that apprentices will be required to complete a Masters Clinical Associate in Psychology as part of the apprenticeship.
