Apprenticeship funding rules are the rules employers and training providers must follow to get funding for training and assessing apprentices in England.
Version 4 of the 2023/2024 apprenticeship funding rules are now available.
The main change includes:
- Backdating of policy change of extending the co-investment waiver to those aged between 22 and 24 years old who have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan to include new starts from April 2024. Paragraph 145.2.
