The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) are seeking views from providers and employers on the potential new Occupational Specialism in Diagnostic Imaging to sit within the existing Health T Level.
T levels are a level three technical education route that provide an alternative to A-levels for 16-19-year-olds. One T Level is equivalent to three A levels.
The Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeship standard was recently updated to include a diagnostic imaging option. As a result, IfATE have commenced a suitability analysis review of the diagnostic imaging option to determine its viability as an Occupational Specialism in the Health T Level.
