Featured in today’s ‘Meet the Mentor’ series in collaboration with Skills for Health, is apprenticeship mentor Georgina Hirsh.
A mentor plays a unique role in an apprentice’s journey and we want you to meet these important role models, and champion all the valuable work they do and the key role apprenticeships play in the NHS.
Georgina is a Chief Pharmacy Technician – Education and Training at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, and as part of her job she is mentoring apprentices who are completing Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in pharmacy.
“One of my biggest successes as a mentor is seeing apprentices completing their learning and going onto register with the professional body.”
