We are highlighting employers and apprentices’ experiences of apprenticeships in Primary Care. This week’s Featured Apprentice is Natasha Savage. Natasha is undertaking a Level 5 Nursing Associate (NMC2018) Apprenticeship at Oswald Medical Centre. We spoke to Natasha about her experiences of undertaking an apprenticeship.
“I would definitely advise it, it’s a brilliant way to learn if you are hands on. I would advise that organisation is key and to ask plenty of questions as this is your learning journey you only get out of it what you put in.”
