Mary-Anne is producing a toolkit with practical tips and guidance to support NHS employers across the country with how to recruit and retain care experienced young people in the NHS.
The Care Leaver’s Bursary was increased on 1st August 2023 to £3000 per eligible apprentice with an additional £1000 available for both employers and training providers. This webinar will share practical tips on how to successfully recruit these young people and how best to support them into the 350 different job roles in the NHS.
