In May 2020 we heard from Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (STH), who had successfully introduced the maternity support worker apprenticeship in 2019 and their cohort of 11 apprentices were due to complete their apprenticeship this summer.
Since we last caught up with STH all of the maternity support worker apprentices have gone on to complete their apprenticeship programme, seven of the learners also achieved distinctions.
