Adult Care Workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
The standard for Adult Care Worker has been approved for delivery since 21st July 2016 and as part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 25 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) registered to assess Adult Care Worker apprentices.
