The standard for Emergency Service Contact Handler has been approved for delivery for about 3 ½ years and as part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 2 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) registered to assess Emergency Services Contact Handler apprentices.
