Conversation Clubs can be used as a key pillar of support for ESOL colleagues. As a complement to more formal methods of learning, they can create a social network of individuals who can support each other whilst improving vocabulary, sentence structure, British pronunciation, listening and confidence to communicate. Join us at the above time to hear from other health and social care employers about how they have run Conversation Clubs in their settings and how you could too.
