Relationship Manager for East of England

Oliver Inwards joined the Health Education England (HEE) Relationship Managers team in November 2022, as the new Apprenticeship Relationship Manager for the East of England. Oliver has worked in HEE since he joined as an apprentice himself in 2014, and has worked on the apprenticeship and Talent for Care agendas since 2015, maintaining a great passion for the programmes of work throughout his time in the organisation. Most recently Oliver has been working on 50,000 nurses programme, in particular on increasing Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeships across England. Alongside this Oliver is about to enter the final year of his Level 6 Degree in Chartered Management at Aston University!
His goal in the new role will be to continue and build on some of the great work happening in the East of England, working with health and social care colleagues across the system to facilitate the growth and sustainability of apprenticeships, as well as other Talent for Care programmes, to help meet workforce needs in the region.
Outside of work, Oliver is extremely into sports, being a Director of Cricket at his local cricket club and a loyal follower of Norwich City Football Club. Oliver also has two cats who will undoubtedly pop up on any teams calls you have with him!
