From 1st April 2019, levy-paying employers can transfer up to a maximum of 25% of the value of their annual levy fund to any other employer, or apprenticeship training agency.
This new 25% rules will only apply to new starts who commence an apprenticeship after 1st April 2019, apprenticeships that started before 1st April 2019 will continue at the previous co-investment rate of 10%.

If Trusts are interested in transferring up to 25% of their Levy, and other organisations are interested in receiving it, they can register with HEE who can assist in matching them.
