Apprenticeships are a productive and effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled, and qualified workforce. Apprenticeships allow you to diversify and freshen up your workforce.
There are no “acute” or “primary care” apprenticeships, instead they have been developed to meet the needs of all employers.
Click on the above image which shows some of the different apprenticeships that can be used to recruit new talent and upskill existing primary care staff.
According to the ESFA, “86% of employers said apprenticeships developed skills relevant to their organisation” and “78% reported it improved productivity”.
