T-Levels are a level three technical education route that provide an alternative to A-levels for 16-19-year-olds. One T Level is equivalent to three A levels.
T-Levels can provide:
- Access to a new, diverse talent pool
- Ideas and innovation from young people who will be the workforce of the future
- Support for project work
- Opportunity for staff to develop mentoring, coaching and leadership skills.
- Improving health through employment in your locality
Read about how T-Levels have been launched and the progress they’ve had within the NHS. We have spoken with Barts Health NHS Trust and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
You can access T-Level progression profiles on the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) website, which show the range of opportunities available following completion of a T-Level.
You can access further guidance and case studies on our T-Level page.
