The Clinical Coding Trailblazer group is pleased to announce that the Apprenticeship Standard for Clinical Coder was submitted to the Institute for Apprenticeships on Wednesday 28 February 2018.
The submission follows an on-line consultation period from 8 December 2017 to 19 January 2018. The Trailblazer wishes to thank all those who took part in the survey and provided feedback on the draft Standard.
The Institute for Apprenticeships will hold a further short consultation period. The survey can be found here.
We should receive feedback from the Institute for Apprenticeships in mid-April and further communications will follow once the Standard has been approved.
