The Care Certificate Celebration Day is taking place on 5th December.
Care Certificate Celebration Day was created to celebrate the Care Certificate and the support workers who have worked hard to achieve it.
The Care Certificate is used by Health and Care organisations all over the country and is an identified set of standards that Health and Care professionals adhere to in their daily working life. Designed with the unregistered workforce in mind, the Care Certificate gives everyone the confidence that Health and Care professionals have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support.
There will be a webinar again this year on 5th December 2023, from 10:00 – 11:30, with various speakers covering themes such as:
- New to Care, onboarding
- Support Worker reflections of completing the Care Certificate
- Continuing best practice
