The existing Dental Nurse standard is now due for review and the Dental trailblazer is pleased to announce that a survey has been set up to allow you to comment on the new standard.
For those of you familiar with the existing standard, you will notice that the presentation of the standard has changed but the content should still meet all the requirements necessary for General Dental Council registration.
To give maximum opportunity for everyone to contribute, the consultation is available as an online survey. The consultation opened on Thursday 4th April and will close on Thursday 16th May.
Your feedback will be reviewed following the closing date and the Trailblazer will consider where amendments should be made to the draft Standard. The Standard will then be submitted to the Institute for Apprenticeships to seek approval prior to drafting the apprenticeship end point assessment plan.
