Evaluating and improving careers education outreach for NHS organisations
NHS England have partnered with the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) on their new framework and tool for employers to evaluate and improve their careers education outreach.
On the 15th February at 12pm, the CEC are hosting a webinar for NHS organisations to help you understand how to use their FREE tool to assess where your gaps are and how to improve the quality of your engagement and impact. You will hear from other NHS employers who have benefitted from the tool and see aggregated data from 30+ NHS employers who have already used the tool.
This tool is essential for any organisation that is conducting school and college engagement and looking to strengthen their talent pipelines and recruit talented young people.
