A series of Health Education England ESOL Practice Network Webinars have been arranged. These webinars are for anyone working in health and care who wants to improve ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learning in the workforce. Our aim with these sessions is to empower employers with the knowledge to make positive interventions in support of Other Language speaking colleagues.
The next session is going ahead on the 17th May at 10.30-11.30am, and it now has a finalised agenda. It will cover:
- ESOL from recruitment to CPD – What to put in place for Other Language Speakers
- Funding – 3 ways to fund ESOL learning in the health and care workplace.
