This week we are introducing you to Maria Moradi, a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. Maria has completed the Higher Development Award and has just been accepted on a Level 6 Registered Nurse – Degree (NMC 2018) apprenticeship standard.
The Higher Development Award (HDA) is a personal development programme for Support Workers that enables Clinical and Non-Clinical Support Workers from all sectors to “Be the best and acknowledge potential”. Some organisations are using the HDA as a way to help prepare people for apprenticeships.
