The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education have published an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Toolkit and Strategy.
The purpose of this strategy is to show how a skills system can be built that supports everyone, no matter their background, to access high quality technical education and skills opportunities which lead to good jobs and technical careers.
This toolkit aims to help employers put equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at the heart of the creation of occupational standards and apprenticeships. It is a useful guide for everyone involved in the development of apprenticeships and technical qualifications.
