The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education is recruiting independent peer reviewers to review the content and assessment materials for apprenticeships and technical qualifications.
They are particularly looking for expertise in health & science occupations to assist with work on T Levels (Level 3) and HTQs (levels 4&5) in 2021. IFATE needs peer reviewers with expertise in nursing, healthcare science, ambulance services, health play therapy, speech therapy, psychology and mortuary technician. They also must not be current members of employer groups, developing apprenticeships.
Contracted reviewers share their sector knowledge and experience and make sure qualifications are high quality and meet the needs of employers and learners. They also receive a fee. You do not need experience of working in education. The work is highly flexible, and a review could typically take 2-4 hours depending on the scope.
