The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) and the Designated Quality Body in England (DQB) have agreed arrangements for the external quality assurance (EQA) of degree apprenticeships in England.
DQB will deliver Quality Assurance for degree apprenticeships in England, on behalf of the Office for Students (OfS). Assessments under the new quality assurance method will begin from July 2022.
DQB will host webinars on the new method for apprenticeship providers on Tuesday 12 July and Thursday 14 July – providers can register for these webinars by clicking on the links for each date.
The Designated Quality Body in England (DQB) is operated on an arms-length basis by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).
