A mentor plays a unique role in an apprentice’s journey and we want to you meet these important role models, and champion all the valuable work they do and the key role apprenticeships play in the NHS.
Michelle is an apprenticeship mentor at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, and is currently mentoring 1 apprentice directly and over 300 apprentices indirectly.
