A mentor plays a unique role in an apprentice’s journey and we want to you meet these important role models, and champion all the valuable work they do and the key role apprenticeships play in the NHS.
Niki works as an Assistant Theatre Practitioner at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
