As part of an ongoing piece of work with Helpforce, Skills for Health visited the Royal Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust to meet a member of their volunteer team who is currently undertaking the Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship.
The case study focuses on the apprentice’s journey so far and the Trust’s approach to selecting the right apprenticeship for each individual.
