The inspirational finalists have been announced for Skills for Health’s annual Our Health Heroes Awards. Finalists in each of the individual award categories will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze in order of the amount of votes they receive from the general public.
The award winners, including those nominated in the team award categories which are decided by an expert panel of judges, will all be announced at the ceremony on 7th June.
The Our Health Heroes awards aim to recognise and celebrate the thousands of support staff, apprentices and dedicated workers who are the backbone of our healthcare system.
There are individual awards in the following categories:
- Apprentice of the Year
- Clinical Support Worker of the Year
- Operational Support Worker of the Year
- Outstanding Lifetime Contribution to Healthcare
