The Peer Worker Apprenticeship Trailblazer group have recently submitted their standard and EPA to IfATE (Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education) for review and the group hope that the standard will be ready for use in early 2022.
In preparation, the trailblazer group have developed guidance slides and FAQ’s about the Peer Worker Apprenticeship. These resources will support employers and wider stakeholders in their understanding of the apprenticeship and support early conversations about how it can be utilised in the workforce.
