The Senior Healthcare Support Worker (SHCSW) Trailblazer is delighted to announce that following a resubmission of the Assessment Plan for SHCSW, it has now been approved and published by the Institute for Apprenticeships.
The Assessment Plan has been revised in order to clarify details about the multiple choice test, expand the grade descriptors for the interview and develop the internal quality assurance section to include the development of assessment tools, verification and moderation.
