Skills for Health Survey – Developing a resilient workforce

7 June, 2021

Covid-19 has required many of us to work remotely and in a more flexible and agile way to meet new demands. No matter our role, we have all faced new challenges to varying degrees, and needed to become more collaborative and inclusive to allow for innovation and change.

Skills for Health have launched national research, ‘Developing a Resilient Workforce’ that aims to explore the critical skills development needs for the workforce of the future, and now is the chance to have your say with the survey.

This year’s survey focuses on cross-sector skills gaps, the impact on learning due to Covid-19, ongoing training needs, flexible and remote working, equality, diversity, and inclusion at work, as well as organisational and people development requirements.

Take part in the survey here.

The survey is live until the 30th June 2021.
