The Social Mobility Commission (October 2021) has developed a practical toolkit. It aims to help employers to improve the socio-economic diversity and inclusion of their apprenticeship offer.
It is designed to provide employers, training providers and apprenticeship practitioners with tailored guidance on developing inclusive apprenticeship programmes that fulfil their potential as tools of social mobility.
