The standard for Customer Service Specialist has been approved for delivery for just over 7 months and as part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 13 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) registered to assess Customer Service Specialists apprentices.
