The Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship standard was approved for delivery on 25th August 2017. HR Professionals in this role typically either work in a medium to large organisation as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees, or are a HR Manager in a small organisation.
As part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 8 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) registered to assess HR Support apprentices.
