The standard for Operations / Departmental Manager has been approved for delivery for just over 5 years and as part of their apprenticeship, apprentices will have to complete end point assessment. There are currently 35 End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) registered to assess Operations / Departmental Manager apprentices.
