The Department for Education has launched its latest series of apprenticeship webinars that support SMEs (small to medium enterprises) to deliver successful apprenticeships.
Employers will hear from other employers as they share their invaluable experiences, advice and guidance to support businesses on their apprenticeship journey.
Beginning in January, webinars are around 30 minutes and the topics include:
- Supporting your apprentice to achieve (11th January 2024)
- Preparing your apprentice for end-point assessment (18th January 2024)
- What comes after the apprenticeship? Celebration and progression (29th February 2024)
- Mentoring and supporting your apprentice (21st March 2024)
- Diversify your workforce with apprenticeships (25th April 2024)
- Finding the right apprentice for your business (23rd May 2024)
- Onboarding and induction for your apprentice (27th June 2024)
