NHS Employers, in collaboration with Health Education England (HEE) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will be hosting two free workshops to help employers understand new T-level qualifications.
T-level qualifications, which will be an alternative to A-levels, are due to be implemented from September 2020.
The sessions will set out:
- what T-level programmes are
- what the health T-levels programme entails
- what the opportunities and risks are for employers
- what would support organisations with successful implementation of T-level programmes.
The workshops will give you the opportunity to share views, ask questions and shape the implementation of the T-level agenda.
Aimed at senior HR workforce leads, the sessions will be held in London on Tuesday 29 January 2019 and Leeds on Tuesday 5 February 2019, both from 12:30pm- 4pm.
